Job Summary:


As a Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand growth and achieving key performance metrics. The ideal candidate will develop and execute data-driven strategies to identify opportunities for growth, create innovative campaigns, and improve retailer engagement. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires a strong focus on analyzing demand KPIs, conducting A/B tests, optimizing marketing efforts and working closely with sales development to drive customer acquisition and retention.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the demand growth.
  • Responsible for achieving our GMV and active base target Identifying opportunities and initiating new hacks for growth.
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, commercial, marketing, and sales development, to drive growth initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and CVM, and share insights with the team.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and increase customer retention
  • Optimize burn on a customer and cohort level while maximizing GMV on a regional level, ensuring financial health and sustainability.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Business or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, CVM or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights effectively.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members.
