About the role - role mandate Sylndr was born to build trust in the Egyptian pre-owned cars market by bringing transparency, reliability and delivering best-in-class service to all stakeholders. We are on a mission to impact millions of Egyptians by becoming the go-to online platform to sell their cars directly in just a few hours or to buy high-quality and affordable cars seamlessly.
As a supply Manager, you would be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve sales through the use of applications. This would involve analyzing data on clicks, user experience, and understanding application patterns to identify areas for improvement. Your knowledge of analysis tools would be essential in gaining insights and making data-driven decisions. + Collaborate with product and tech teams to support the development of relevant business products by having knowledge of user experience and application patterns to innovate and propose process improvement initiatives.

+ Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance, comparing them against industry standards or best practices.
+ Identifying potential growth opportunities based on historical data that aligns with business goals
+ Implement and optimize new processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiencies.
+ Foster effective coordination with various departments within Sylndr to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.

Who You Are
+ 2-4 years of experience in a similar role or related field
+ B2b supply previous experience in a high-energy company/startup.
