We’re looking for an experienced Growth Manager to own the full funnel strategy. You’ll be responsible for the customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.


As a Growth Manager, you will partner with key stakeholders to define and execute a growth strategy that will help drive the business forward, while at the same time test and validate new channels, audiences, and optimizations for growth on an ongoing basis. You will evaluate and prioritize opportunities to optimize conversion, retention, and engagement metrics, working closely with all other members of our team to execute and iterate quickly on proposed changes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, own and maintain the growth strategy and plan, working with the CCO to drive revenue through customer acquisition and retention
  • Define and optimize new customer acquisition funnels, including landing pages, email campaigns, and paid search and social ad targeting
  • Leverage data to measure, report and optimize user acquisition metrics
  • Partner with our content, product and design teams to build and deliver on our value proposition across all channels and lifecycles
  • Drive A/B testing and experimentation to constantly improve conversion rates and customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the end-to-end customer experience is seamless, and build out and iterate on customer relationships and loyalty initiatives
  • Track key metrics, analyze the effectiveness of current marketing programs, and recommend new programs that will drive revenue and growth
