As a Growth Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing complex datasets to provide valuable
insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth. Using your strong analytical skills and
attention to detail, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling stakeholders to make
informed, data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of the CVM team to support daily operations through targeted data extraction and analysis.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support day-to-day tasks for the Growth team.
- Create and maintain dynamic, interactive visualizations to interpret and analyze data, integrating reporting components from multiple sources.
- Proactively analyze data to answer key business questions, with a focus on identifying performance drivers and areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain databases by sourcing data from primary and secondary sources and build scripts to enhance the flexibility and scalability of data evaluation processes.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, enhance customer segmentation models, and leverage insights to drive product development and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- 1+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data extraction from various sources and data visualization using tools like Python Mandatory strong expertise in SQL.
- Advanced knowledge of Python for data analytics and automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
