About the role We are seeking a proactive and data-driven B2B Growth and Insights Analyst with 2 years of experience, preferably in a data-driven department. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL and data visualization tools, and will excel in providing growth-specific insights, building dashboards, and working collaboratively with various teams to drive business decisions and achieve targets. + Data Analysis and Insights:
+ Provide growth-specific insights through thorough data analysis.
+ Build and maintain dashboards to track and visualize key metrics.
+ Identify opportunities and bottlenecks through data analysis to drive growth.
+ Perform A/B testing and experimentation to optimize business strategies.

Collaborative Projects:
+ Work closely with the data team, product, marketing, and B2B functions.
+ Manage projects to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
+ Drive improvements in processes within the B2B function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Who you are
