The Group Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s compensation and benefits strategies to attract, retain, and motivate talent.
This role will lead the development of competitive, fair, and appropriate reward programs aligned with the company’s business objectives and market trends while ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.
Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan
Design fair and attractive bonus programs
Evaluate how effective the benefit packages are in terms of employee satisfaction
Ensure salaries and benefits plans comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity
Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
Propose changes to the grading structure including salaries, bonuses, allowances, and any other benefits.
Develop & implement compensation and benefits scheme.
Administer Pension and Life insurance programs including subscription, cancellation, and administration.
Coordinate implementation of incentive schemes for Employees.
Participate in salary surveys by other companies and analyse survey results to develop specific recommendations to support pay decisions and create competitive salary structures.
Manage corporate benefits rates to employees with discounts and various offers.
Participate in compensation surveys conducted by other organizations.
Assist in developing new benefits programs to maintain the company’s competitive advantage through collecting and reviewing proposals and conducting market surveys to shortlist best benefits service providers.
Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data)
Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs
Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans
Responsible of job analyses and classifications
Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefits programs
