Job Description
The HR Onboarding Specialist will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. This role will be responsible for ensuring new employees have a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company, fostering a sense of belonging, and providing the tools and information needed for them to succeed. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, personable, and highly organized, with a passion for enhancing the employee experience from day one.
Onboarding Coordination:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including pre-boarding, orientation, and integration.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless experience for new employees, providing clear communication regarding onboarding schedules, resources, and expectations.
- Facilitate orientation sessions and introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and values.
- Reservice the hiring data from TA team

- Work with applicant to issue email and username in cooperation with IT Department.
- Share info with personnel team at assigned company to coordinate the hiring document receive and hand to personnel team - Share with third party hiring company when applicable, in Egypt or other company/locations and ensure receiving the welcome emails and the introductory documents to ensure proper onboarding to the company.
- Communicate with T&D team the induction program and ensure the employee attendance.
