Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Financial Controller to be based in Cairo.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Support in development budgets and financial plans for the company.
- Consistently analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Continuously review and enhance financial systems, processes, and guidelines to optimise efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement robust financial control procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 8 – 10 years of work experience in finance and business controlling roles, preferably within the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry.
- At least 5+ years in financial planning and analysis.
- Proficient in financial software and SAP.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
