About the Role:
Richland Holding Group is seeking an experienced commercial director to lead and oversee the B2B and B2C commercial strategy across multiple business units. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning while optimizing sales performance and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-channel sales operations, distributor relationships, and strategic business development within a holding group structure.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Commercial Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and implement commercial strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and market share across B2B and B2C segments.
- Align sales, marketing, and distribution efforts with the company’s long-term business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and global expansion strategies to accelerate growth.
✔ Sales & Revenue Management
- Oversee the B2B sales division, including key account management, distributor relationships, and bulk trading.
- Manage B2C operations, ensuring brand visibility, retail partnerships, and direct-to-consumer initiatives.
- Lead and monitor sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to maximize profitability.
✔ Market Analysis and Competitive Positioning
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Identify consumer trends, sales patterns, and customer insights to enhance product positioning and differentiation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven promotional campaigns and advertising strategies.
✔ Key Account & Distributor Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Negotiate distribution contracts, pricing models, and trade terms for optimal market penetration.
- Ensure efficient channel management for both local and international markets.
✔ Supply Chain & Operations Coordination
- Work closely with logistics, production, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product availability.
- Optimize inventory planning, order fulfillment, and demand forecasting to reduce inefficiencies.
✔ Cross-Functional Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor the sales, marketing, and business development teams across multiple divisions.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Develop and execute KPIs and performance metrics to track commercial success.
✔ Technology and Digital Transformation
- Utilize SAP ERP, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Implement e-commerce strategies and digital sales platforms for enhanced customer engagement.
Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
🔹 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
🔹 Experience: 15+ years in commercial leadership roles with solid experience in both B2B and B2C sales.
🔹 Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in FMCG, manufacturing, and multi-brand holding group operations.
🔹 Sales & Strategy: Strong track record in developing and executing commercial strategies across multiple markets.
🔹 Negotiation & Partnerships: Proven ability to manage distributor networks, key accounts, and large-scale contracts.
🔹 Technology & Analytics: Proficiency in SAP ERP, CRM tools, and digital sales strategies.
🔹 Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive business success.
