Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior governance, risk, and compliance role.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in governance and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically while paying attention to detail and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise senior leadership on governance obligations, compliance strategies, and emerging risks to support strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation and continuous evaluation of the risk management framework and compliance systems, ensuring performance improvement and risk minimization.
  • Direct risk identification and mitigation strategies for organizational changes and new technologies.
  • Develop and maintain an organization-wide governance framework aligned with industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while providing training and awareness programs for all employees.
  • Monitor compliance and risk management activities and prepare regular reports for management and the board of directors.

Collaborate with internal and external auditors and stakeholders to facilitate compliance efforts and promote a culture of risk awareness within the organization
