Job Description

What you will do:

 

Operational:

  • Execute graphic solutions to communicate IKEA product features in-store, ensuring consistency with IKEA’s visual identity, trademark, and pricing.
  • Perform regular checks on graphic displays to ensure accurate translations and standards.
  • Implement graphic communication (e.g., signage, posters, office furnishings) in sales and non-customer areas to align with IKEA standards.
  • Maintain brand identity, tone of voice, sustainability, and customer guidance in-store.
  • Plan, implement, and follow up on store projects based on briefs from the Com&In team.
  • Partner with the ComIn team to align with business and ComIn calendar.

 

Commercial:

  • Implement changes to graphic solutions in line with the commercial calendar and activities.
  • Deepen knowledge of IKEA’s graphic communication standards and continuously improve skills.
  • Stay informed on competitors’ activities, local market trends, and customer preferences to enhance store communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver effective campaigns and activities.
