Graduate Intern (Human Resources)

What will you do?

• Assist in the analysis of compensation data and benefits programs.
• Support the development and implementation of total rewards strategies.
• Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits offerings.
• Help prepare reports and presentations on total rewards metrics.
• Participate in employee engagement surveys and analyze results related to rewards and recognition.
• Collaborate with the HR team to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Assist in the communication of total rewards programs to employees.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
