We are seeking a Google Analytics & Conversion Optimization Specialist who can turn data into meaningful insights that drive business growth. This role goes beyond just generating reports—it’s about understanding user behavior, optimizing conversion funnels, and making data-driven recommendations that enhance customer experience and retention.
You will be responsible for implementing and managing Google Analytics (GA4), tracking user interactions, and providing actionable insights to improve engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate is proactive, knows how to identify key trends in data, and can guide teams on what needs optimization rather than waiting for instructions.

🔹 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
🔹 Strong expertise in user behavior analysis, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization.
🔹 Experience with event tracking, UTM parameters, and e-commerce analytics.
🔹 Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights.
🔹 Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex data insights to non-technical teams.
🔹 Bonus: Experience with BigQuery is a plus.
