Global Talent Sourcing Manager

We are hiring a Sourcing Manager who will be responsible for sourcing freelancers and contractor across 145 countries to assist in LXT' projects.
Key responsibilities & duties:
Overall management of the People Sourcing Team. Executes the sourcing strategy developed by Senior management. Sets and collects design requirements of LXT crowdsourcing database and follows up on its development. Manage the crowdsourcing database. Manage the global university relations portfolio for sourcing objectives. Plan and execute LXT existence in global employment fairs in conjunction with Talent Acquisition Onboard and manage global sourcing vendors in all regions/territories. Study thoroughly sourcing needs for all projects and fulfil them in a timely manner. Coordinate with Operational Excellence Leads to set sourcing quality metrics and controls . Follow up on resources performance and prepare/present performance reports. Establish crowd-care strategy and execute it to ensure crowd engagement. Coach sourcing specialists and work with them to establish and execute their development plans. Prepare regular KPIs reports to department Director. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a sourcing Team Lead/Manager Experience in crowdsourcing and crowd care activities Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and quality. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities Strong English verbal and written communication skills BA/BS degree in Business Administration, HR, or relevant field MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus. Proven experience in a people manager role Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy. Understanding of budgets and business-planning Ability to conduct technological analysis and research. Leadership and organizational abilities Strategic thinking Strong Problem-solving skills 8+ years of experience
