Job Description

LXT is an emerging leader in AI training data to power intelligent technology for global organizations. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support the global HR function by managing day-to-day HR operations across the three countries in which we operate. The HRBP will work closely with the HRBP Sr. Manager and senior leadership team to implement strategic HR initiatives, drive talent management programs, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic HR Support:


  • Collaborate with the HRBP Sr. Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that align with corporate objectives.
  • Provide strategic HR support to senior leadership and managers across the organization.

2. HR Operations Management:


  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistency and compliance with global HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations in each country.

3. Talent Acquisition and Retention:


  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Develop retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.

4. Performance Management:


  • Manage performance management programs, including regular performance reviews and feedback sessions for the global staff.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance performance and development.

5. Learning and Development:


  • Identify training and development needs and create programs to support employee growth.
  • Facilitate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.

6. Employee Engagement:


  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

7. HRIS and Data Management:


  • Utilize the global Human Resource Information System (BambooHR) to streamline HR processes and improve data management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HRBP or similar HR role, with mandatory experience in a global or multinational organization
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws across multiple countries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and execute HR daily operations in a dynamic environment.
