Job Duties:-
+ Support hub supervisor in overall performance and efficiency by developing and monitoring key performance for the hub staff.
+ Monitor the Hub members performance and manage the daily plans for each hub member and provide staff pastoral support.
+ Ensuring that shipments are processed and entered accurately onto system.
+ Audit on the couriers daily performance and check their appearance.
+ Make a verification calls on the undelivered shipments” Canceled” and '"Scheduled" shipments on a daily basis.
+ Ensure that the packages updates are in place on bosta system and have the same status on the hub daily productivity sheet.
+ Monitoring the shipments that exceeded our life Cycle SLA and the agreed period of holding at the Hub to be returned back to CAI SF Team.
+ Archive the proof of the deliveries for the returned orders for a month.
+ Following up the “Freshdesk” and assure resolving all the assigned tickets and handling the hub related issues within the agreed SLA on a daily basis.
+ Create tickets with the raised problems and complaints from the customers assigned to client support team.
+ Responsible for hub compliance and documentation.
+ Manage inventory process, ensuring that changes in inventory are promptly and accurately recorded in the case of an inventory discrepancy.
+ Ensure sending the reports within the agreed timing on a daily basis.
Job Requirements:-
+ Minimum of 5 years in hub and warehousing operations, preferably in the shipping field.
+ Very good English Level
+ Must have experience in leading and supervising teams.
+ High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree
+ Decision Making and problem solving skills
+ Analytical and reporting skills
+ Ability to meet deadline and work under pressure
+ Time Management and multi-tasking
+ Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills
+ Proactive, with can do attitude and good judgment
