Our Client, a global leader in the manufacturing sector, seeks an Operations GM to oversee multi-site operations across the GCC region. With P&L accountability for a $90M+ business unit, the ideal candidate will bring strategic expertise in operations, cost control, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Drive operational excellence across manufacturing, HSE, logistics, and quality control.
Lead teams of up to 800 staff, ensuring compliance with industry standards and corporate policies.
Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and CapEx plans.
Qualifications:
10+ years in supply chain/operations roles, preferably within the chemical industry. Proven P&L management experience.
Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
