General Manager

New opportunity has become available as hotel General Manager with this luxury hotel and resort group, based in Sharm El Sheikh.

As General Manager you’ll be overseeing daily hotel operations, managing staff, implement strategies enhancing guest satisfaction, & ensuring the properties' financial success, being hands-on in marketing driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Egyptian national fluent in both Arabic & English
• Previous international experience in luxury resorts as General Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Marketing and business development expertise
• Knowledge of local market, regulations and industry standards.
• Financial acumen and budget management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
