About the job General and Administration Jr. Accountant
Key responsibility :- Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, obtaining approvals, and issuing payments to vendors (3-way Matching)
- Assist with general ledger maintenance by recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Perform data entry tasks to accurately input financial information into accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Record HQ Petty Cash.
- Upload Bank Payment By Vendor.
- Clear Bank Account on SAP.
- Provide support for financial reporting activities, including compiling data for budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by management as needed.
Job Requirements :- BS degree in Finance, Accounting
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
- Knowledge of accounting principles and understanding of accounts receivable processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills from 0-2 Years of experience as an Accountant
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (must have knowledge of formulas).
