Constructa is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated General Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As a vital member of our organization, the General Accountant will be responsible for managing :
various accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
This role demands a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, solid analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities - Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights for better financial planning.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Conduct regular audits to verify financial information and improve financial processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 Years Proven experience as a general accountant or similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Construction and Real state Background is a must.
- Excellent Microsoft skills "Advanced level in Excel" .
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Time Management, Good English Skills.
