JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team, focusing on bulk hiring for early career roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume recruitment and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent.


WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE 


  • Screening and Interviewing: Job postings, screening applications, reviewing online test scores, screening, and scoring video interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
  • Coordination: Being available on discovery centre days to troubleshoot any issues and provide tech support to business leads and manage any candidate dropouts (this could mean out of office hours, only in peak season across 7 weeks)
  • Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Candidate Enquiries: Managing candidate enquiries and ensuring all candidates are responded to within 48 hours.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements, such as right to work checks and reasonable adjustments.
  • Business Partnership: Work in partnership with local country teams to understand local nuances and market specific requirements. Produce regular reporting and provide insights to the local country teams on applications and give status updates on whether targets are met throughout the process, including diversity.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED 


Experiences & Qualifications 


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in hourly and early career hiring.
  • Must be fluent in English, written and verbal
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
  • Attributes: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Strong commercial acumen with a knack for candidate engagement and influence. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. 
  • Commitment to quality and adherence to defined SLA. 
  • Ability to solve problems, think critically and take initiative will be paramount in this role.
  • Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively within your team, across various hub locations, and with your assigned market teams. 
  • Ability to embrace, adopt, and navigate new technologies. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
