Job Title: Full-Stack Tech Lead.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead - Full Stack to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing scalable applications, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This role requires deep expertise in both front-end and back-end development, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and high-performance web applications.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from architecture and development to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed.
• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Ensure software security, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development.

Key Requirements:

Job Conditions:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent fluent English level.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and GitHub/GitLab.
• Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
