The Role! We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive. This is an opportunity to become a critical member of a rapidly growing, well-funded start-up.
As a Sales Executive you will focus primarily on revenue development, and aggressive market expansion by selling Bosta’s Fulfillment service and related services that will be deployed across its shipping segment.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
+ At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales in the logistics/E-commerce industry.
+ Must be results-oriented and goal-driven with an outgoing and persuasive personality.
+ Strong negotiation skills to close sales and build strong working relationships with clients.
+ Excellent English level (written and spoken).
+ Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and a data-driven approach.
+ Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and experience in process optimization and implementing operational efficiencies.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
