Lead the HR Shared Services operations within a specific country, overseeing end-to-end processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet agreed performance targets. This role involves managing the HR operations team and ensuring compliance with both global standards and local legal and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will ensure that local processes align with both Global/Hub and Local standards.
Accountabilities:
· Define and drive the people management strategy for the HR front office, including workforce planning, training, engagement, mentoring, succession planning, incentives, and retention.
· Oversee end-to-end HR operations in the respective country.
· Deliver services according to agreed processes, KPIs, and quality targets.
· Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, ensuring adherence to the budget.
· Oversee the HR contact center and maintain control over payroll and hire-to-retire processes.
· Ensure all HR processes include appropriate control mechanisms, SOX controls, data protection, and compliance with local legal/regulatory requirements.
· Maintain a high degree of customer orientation. Continuously analyze and optimize operational performance, address issues, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Enhance the customer experience journey by analyzing feedback and implementing necessary actions.
· Manage ongoing improvement activities, including training, knowledge transfer, and regular quality checks.
· Plan the development of operations, refining the operating model, organizational structure, and governance model.
· Contribute to the planning and development of the HR Services operations strategy and roadmap, and ensure its implementation in the HR front office.
· Implement global initiatives such as acquisitions, divestments, and new policies within the team. Lead change management efforts during HR transitions.
· Identify and resolve deficiencies in daily business operations, taking accountability for escalations and driving resolutions.
· Contribute to global projects by providing local expertise and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
· Regularly engage with stakeholders to assess and improve HR services through innovation and best practices.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
Graduate with 10 years experience in HR
