Job Description

TRU is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience while providing crucial administrative support.
Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Answer phone calls and emails efficiently and courteously.
  • Manage the front desk area, maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any equivalent field.
  • 0-2 years of experience as a Receptionist/Admin Assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
