On-Call Practitioner who is ready to step in for absent or sick practitioners. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in
New Cairo,
Sheikh Zayed, and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Flexible Coverage: Provide support during the absence of regular practitioners, ensuring continuity of care.
- 1-on-1 and Group Sessions: Engage with neurodivergent children in both individual and group settings, utilizing neurodiverse affirmative approaches.
- Child Development Focus: Implement strategies that support learning and development tailored to each child’s needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other practitioners to ensure a cohesive approach to care and support.
Qualifications:
- Education: Paraprofessional certification or equivalent qualification in child psychology or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience working with children, particularly those with neurodiverse needs, is a plus.
- Commitment to Professional Conduct: Demonstrate a strong commitment to mental health and wellness, practicing ethical and professional standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children and collaborate with team members.
