We are seeking to hire freelance Game Translators and Proofreaders for a short-term contract lasting until the end of January 2025. The role involves post-editing machine translation and/or proofreading for a Chinese MMORPG.
Working days/ hours are from Sunday - Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM Jordan time.
The translation tasks will be performed using “MemoQ Web” - Experience with MemoQ is a must.
Translators are expected to create a term base and continuously populate it based on their translation.
Comprehensive translation guidelines will be provided to support your work.
The daily post-editing word count target is set at 6000-9000 Chinese characters - tasks are expected to be delivered daily.
