Job Summary: The Franchise Manager will take the primary responsibility of Sales & Marketing for the assigned TA/Brands. He/She will have both the primary responsibility of developing the brand strategy as well as putting in place the tactical execution plan and ensuring excellence in implementation. He/She will manage the TA/Brands under responsibility with a holistic view of partnership with the prioritized healthcare institutions/corporates to collaborate on initiatives that will meet the healthcare needs of the eligible cohorts served by these institutions. They will be responsible for the overall relationship with a select portfolio of Strategic and Key Accounts across verticals (corporates, large public or pvt. enterprises etc). In addition to maximizing patient impact while delivering on the financial objectives for the assigned Therapy Area/Brands.
The Franchise Manager will be part of the sales organization, reporting into the Customer Engagement Lead.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a pivotal role in building and shaping the TA/Brands Strategies.
- Drive planning and execution of marketing plans to meet company objectives of sales in the market.
- Forecast sales performance and track progress towards target.
- Actively participate in supply and demand meetings to ensure timely updates on products status
- Lead financial cycles planning and forecasting for TA under responsibility
- Maximizes opportunity across the TA/Brands portfolio, monitors progress with key accounts/HCPs and evolves Strategic Account & KOL Plans as appropriate.
- Lead the planning and executing marketing plans to meet company objectives of sales in the market.
- Forecast sales performance and track progress towards target.
- Guide Sales and/or NAM team via activities and realigned engagement points to ensure the best use of their time, enhance their efficiency and ensure their selling efforts are focusing on predetermined list of prioritized objectives.
- Deliver needed trainings to NAM and/or Product Specialists on new campaigns, preparation of slide decks and other promotional tools.
- Assist or participate in developing sales campaigns, seminars and symposia to accommodate company’s goals.
- Study, analyze market and watch closely the competition, report findings to his boss and other concerned departments.
- Omni Channel utilization and deployment of communication channels within TA under responsibility to improve the quality of ongoing information
- Prepare and submits periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales growth
- Lead the TA/Brand core team to ensure the establishment of brand strategies and implementation tactics in line with sales forecasts and expense budgets.
- Inform the management of market challenges, opportunities and competitive activities.
Qualifications:
- Medical or pharmaceutical background is preferred.
- +7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Background in Marketing is a plus
- High digital adoption.
- Very Good English language.
