Responsibilities Financial Planning and Reporting • Collect the necessary information/data/ rates from the Global procurement and supply chain teams to prepare the necessary financial assessment. • Build the financial model and prepare conclusions to present back to the specific SPOC to pinpoint opportunities and risks on profitability for further enhancements. • Negotiate rates and financial conditions with supplier’s vs market benchmarks. • Compare the forecasted production rates versus the inhouse production rates and capacity to verify the ratio of the difference and impact on product profitability. • Prepare and present the financial results to concerned management (Commercial/SC/GP/Finance) to support in the decision making. • Oversee the approval cycle by taking part in the preparation of the LOI and memo with the concerned support teams such as legal, SC, GP. Performance Management • Actual monthly estimation of volume based on market dynamics and production capacity. • Reconfigure with GP team to validate used rate vs. produced production for created PO. • Prepare variance analysis vs. initial agreement to foresee future profitability and reconcile the financial forecast accordingly -LE preparation. • Post assess forecast vs actual to identify volume difference, rate difference, other COGS, waste %, impact on total P/L and GP%. • Communicate results with SC/commercial/Finance to facilitate corrective action if needed. Audit & Compliance • Resolve ongoing hiccups arising within operations while governing the full co-man end to end process. • Negotiation on cost elements that resulted in the increase of Rate. • Review the elements vs in house rates increase. • Validate any cost element increase from Co-man side with reasoning. • Collaborate with Legal & GP to finalize annex. Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or strategic management. • Postgraduate qualification preferable CMA. Experience: • 7+ years of experience in finance or number driven roles Skills: • Results oriented, takes initiatives to get things done. • Excellent communication skills. • Basic knowledge of local and US Accounting Standards • Good knowledge of finance and accounting workflow. • Independent thinker and can manage tasks and interrelated roles together.
