FP&A Lead

About the role: The FP&A Lead will oversee budgeting, financial performance analysis, and management reporting to support strategic decision-making at Sylndr. This role ensures financial accuracy and provides actionable insights to drive organizational success. Who you are
+ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification is preferred.
+ Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data.
+ Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel capabilities.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
