Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Fleet Sales Manager

What will you do?

•       Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target fleet customers and achieve sales objectives for electric cars.
•       Identify and prospect potential fleet customers, build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
•       Collaborate with the marketing team to develop presentations, and proposals tailored to the fleet market segment.
•       Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive sales strategies and product development.
•       Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, track sales performance against targets, and present regular updates to the management team.
•       Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and network with potential customers.
•       Act as a liaison between the retail team and corporate team to ensure seamless coordination and avoid any duplicate sales offers.

What will you need?

•       Minimum 10 years of experience
•       Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, sales or related fields
•       Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
•       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•       Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth
