EgyBell is hiring Fleet Operations Specialist for a multinational financial organization located in Cairo.

Vision & Purpose:



The vision of this role is to enhance operational excellence and facilitate seamless administrative functions that support the Protocol department’s goals. The purpose of the Group Support position is to ensure that all office functions are managed efficiently, supporting the broader objectives of providing efficient Protocol services to the Bank. This role is crucial in enabling the department to maintain high levels of productivity and effectiveness in increasing protocol services efficiency.

Nature & Scope:



The nature of the Group Support role is multifaceted, involving a wide range of administrative and communication tasks that support the functioning of the department and the Director. This includes tracking tasks and staff requests, maintaining databases, preparing note verbal and reports, and ensuring policy compliance within the team. The job is inherently dynamic, requiring the individual to adapt to various tasks that assist in the operational management of the department.
This position demands a high degree of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. It calls for a proactive approach to problem-solving and an aptitude for managing administrative processes efficiently. The role is designed for an individual who thrives in a collaborative and high-pressure environment, bringing both administrative expertise and support to the department.

Duties & Responsibilities



Deal with immigrations authorities – Ministry of Interior. For the following:
Entry visa/ security clearance for house helps. Residence issuance/ renewals for house help and drivers.
Deal with Ministry of Finance for the following:
Managing the Bank vehicles quota: replacements, car sales, transfer of ownerships, reexporting and surrendering to customs and update the Bank File at the ministry of Finance, cars customs, accordingly.
Deal with Traffic Bureau and cars customs for the following:
Issuance of new car diplomatic plates, Surrendering car plates, cars registration issuance and renewals
Deal with Ports and customs authorities for the following:
Vehicle importation requirements and documentation, cars clearance from customs, car re-exportation.
Deal with Clearing agents for the following:
Coordinate between the clearing agent and the Bank and staff to finalize customs clearing requirements and all relevant documents
Keep proper records for the Bank vehicles and relevant documentation

Requirements:



- Bachelor’s degree in administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic Language written and spoken.
- Very good English.
- 1 year of relevant work experience in dealing with Ministry Finance, Customs Offices and/or diplomatic missions in Egypt.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high pressure, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
