NOK Human Capital is hiring "Fleet and logistics supervisor" for one of the most well-known distribution companies for oil & gas lubricants internationally.
Reports to: Supply Chain Manager.
Job Description:
1-Manage the fleet trucks, drivers, and monitor their performance through agreed KPIs to ensure
smooth, efficient and safe operations.
2-Monitor the daily routes and trips, ensure they comply to the fixed route for best utilization.
3-Develop and lead cost saving projects for fleet including and not limited to improvements on
route, extra KM, and Supply chain design and generate monthly closing report of driver
productivity and routes effectiveness.
4-Hire new drivers, train and manage their daily schedule to ensure all time availability and
monitoring driver performance, behavior and ensure their presentability for high level of
customer service.
5-Manage the daily orders distribution plan and well communicate it to all involved stakeholders
to ensure fleet utilization and high ratio of OTIF (on time in full) delivery to achieve customer
satisfaction.
6-Co-ordinate with sales and ensure that drivers give the full required support to retail sales reps
to achieve company targets.
7-Plan and execute yearly fixed schedule for trucks maintenance (fixed spare parts, oil,
consumables, Etc.), also plan yearly fixed schedule for trucks licensing docs.
8-Provide contingency plans for sudden road breakdown to ensure minimal effect on the
operations and communicate it with all stakeholders.
9-Create budget plan for trucks fuel depends on the route KM and adjustment in case routes
changed or receiving sudden orders
10-Conduct random inspections of vehicles and drivers.
11-Performance evaluation and ensure KPIs adherence for our 3PLs (not applicable currently).
12-Support the supply chain /operations on other tasks.
13-Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
Job Requirments:
1-Bachelor degree- Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred
2-Experience 3 to 5 Years
3-Very good in MS office
4-SAP user is advantage
5-Communication skills
7-Problem solving
8-Solid Leadership skill
