About the role We are looking for a FinOps Lead to oversee the end-to-end financial operations supporting the sales function. This role will manage accounts receivables, invoicing, collections, and sales performance reporting to drive the company's revenue and profitability objectives. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in financial operations, excellent analytical skills, and a knack for strategic planning. Who you are

+ You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
+ You have previous experience in a finance operations or accounting role, preferably in a sales-driven organization.
+ You have strong technical skills in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
+ You have excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional teams effectively.
+ Very meticulous and attentive to details.
+ Proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
+ Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot quickly to changing business needs.
