as Financial Reporting Professional reporting to Egypt CFO,
you will be responsible for:
Financial Reporting Professional:
Consolidate budgets, including top-down and bottom-up plans, and proceeds with revolving midterm plannings, and periodic forecasts during the year.

* Performs comparisons Actual vs. Plan, and pursues effects of agreed measures.
* Analyzes and evaluates cost structures, and builds, maintains and improves the depending cost accounting system.
Ensure that policies, procedures, processes, and controls are compliant with the Organization and properly assessed.
Leveraging your experience and view of the big picture, you will help drive central strategic initiatives and support localization efforts.
Leading continuous improvement projects, with a focus on increasing transparency, efficiency, and maintaining the level of assurance.
Provides regular business reports, with respect to overall performance, and recommends actions to accountable management.
Carries out ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations.
Contributes to conceptual and project work related to controlling.
May perform evaluations of assets and liabilities, and manages inventory measures on a regular term.

You have a deep understanding of internal controls, financial accounting, along with strong intellectual and analytical skills.
You have excellent written and communication skills, with a high attention to detail, and a proven ability to prepare and present information to all levels of the Organization.

You have a strong focus on efficiency and process improvement.
You have a proven ability to build strong partnerships with teammates, key stakeholders, and business and functional experts and influence decision outcomes.
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
Minimum of 5 years experience as Performance controller.
Fluent in English (read, write, speak, understand, teach)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is an asset.
Understanding the importance of deadlines
Experience working in global environment is a plus.
You have proper knowledge of MS Office 365, SAP
