OverviewThis role is responsible for supporting the WECA BU Distributors Commercial Sales with key reporting and analysis of performance by Channel, Key Customer, and Sales Area against key deliverables. Adding value to the reports suite, this role also provides meaningful insights and recommendations to the WECA Distributors Team, highlighting all opportunities for growth and productivity. The WECA R&A Analyst Role is responsible for interacting with the relevant Distributors' team members to gather the (Stocks / Sellout) data required for building PBI Dashboards used in relevant MBRs / Business reviews and support reconciliation between PepsiCo and Distributors Teams.
ResponsibilitiesFunctional Responsibilities- Support PepsiCo BU Commercial leadership team (typically L11+) - with standard reporting against established performance measurables as well as ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Responsible for all reporting related to the Distributors of WECA market on the agreed frequency with a high level of accuracy. That reports includes the Sellout data and stocks of their products in addition to support maintain customer master taxonomy according to market dynamics.
- Partner with Cluster Commercial Leadership to revise and refine reporting requirements, ensuring outputs remain relevant, meaningful, and user-friendly to best support decision-making
- Analyze large complex data sets, across multiple categories, channels, and customers and highlight opportunities by Customer/Channel. The role is expected to not just compile data but also understand and highlight insights with better business understanding.
- Develop on-demand reports delivering improved agility through ease of access and enhanced visualization of dashboards on PBI platform.
- Collate and format large and complex sets of data across multiple channels, customers, and sales areas. Analyze data to distill meaningful insights on performance trends and opportunities on a periodic basis.
- Support Commercial Analytics functional excellence, helping to evaluate new technologies to improve the capability of GBS service offering. The role is expected to upgrade the current quality of MS-excel based reports to further enable Power BI and other technology enabled Dashboards for agile and visually enhanced reporting.
- Support business development and continuous improvement initiatives to drive growth and efficiency both within Cluster and GBS Hub.
- People Responsibilities
- Develop daily interaction with senior leadership within the scope of the WECA market. Across multiple Functions including Distributors POC.
- Develop winning relationships with key stakeholders including the bottler staff as needed within the BI & Reporting Services function, embedding GBS Commercial Analytics services within the organization
- Act as a point of contact and trusted business partner for BI & Reporting Services team, participating in standard operational review calls with key stakeholders and Business Leaders
- Support the Reporting & Analytics Lead and Cluster Sales Lead with all initiatives to improve GBS service offerings
Qualifications- Bachelor's in business / accounting; MBA preferred
- Min 3-4 years of experience in Analytics & Reporting within FMCG (Sales or Finance)
- Strength in IT with ability to develop complex analytical modeling, advanced analytical and reporting visualization tools including Power BI and / or tableau, (AI an advantage)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Essential- Fluent English with excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience
- Demonstrated experience with MS Excel (Advanced), Power BI & Commercial Analytics tools
- Collaboratively and proactively works with multi-functional teams
- Flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities
- Experience using SAP, SAP BI
Good to have:- Working knowledge of AI Tools to leverage in Reporting and Analytics
- Financial Background.
