Managing the finance operations activities for HU and RO , the role contributes to the overall compliance with Group Accounting, statutory reporting and fiscal requirements.
o Establish a proper review for all company’s balance sheet accounts
o Managing the monthly/yearly closing activities while adhering to the pre-determined deadlines
o Checks accuracy of accounting entries in alignment with the statutory / group reporting requirements;
o Collaborates with support teams in FSS India and Budapest to ensure the accuracy of recordings and compliance with established deadlines and quality Fin Ops KPIs;
o Coordinates the preparation of financial statements with tax team, and maintains the relationship with internal / external auditors;
o Helps resolve escalations/complex accounting matters;
o Provide consultation regarding the adoption of the accounting standards and the group policies
o Perform Fin Ops Reporting certifications. Oversees balance sheet reconciliation process
o Monitor the current processes while planning to implement new procedures to increase the overall efficiency
• Advanced accounting knowledge;
• SAP ECC and BW knowledge;
• PC and MSOffice operations skills
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Good written and spoken English language
