Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Financial Controller to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a finance leader who has proven expertise in managing P&L, costing, internal controls, reporting, and FP&A across both commercial and industrial financial controlling sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of P&L, costing, and financial reporting for the company
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard financial integrity
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, providing strategic insights and analysis to support decision-making
- Manage importation and exportation controls, ensuring compliance and efficiency in financial transactions
- Support the CFO with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategies
- Mentor and lead a team of 3 direct reports, promoting growth, development, and team success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting standards are met
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems
Key Requirements:
- 12-15 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record in financial controlling
- Extensive experience in managing P&L, costing, financial reporting, internal controls, and FP&A
- Expertise in importation and exportation controls
- Exposure to both commercial and industrial financial controlling, ideally within FMCG and Electronics industries
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- A strategic mindset with the ability to work closely with senior leadership
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CFA preferred)
