We are looking for a highly accomplished Financial Controller to lead our financial operations. In this pivotal role, you will manage all aspects of financial management, including reporting, budgeting, and compliance, serving as a vital contributor to the formulation and execution of the company's financial strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to driving financial integrity and efficiency.

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Direct the daily operations of accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
• Establish and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Coordinate external audits and prepare all necessary regulatory filings and reports.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with various departments to align financial goals.
• Present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders to inform business strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiencies.
