Financial Controller

Our client, a leading company in the industry of Logistics & E-Commerce, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join their team. As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and ensuring the company's financial health and compliance. You will work closely with the senior management team and provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the accounting and finance team
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's financial operations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Monitor and forecast financial performance
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor and optimize cash flow and working capital
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in financial management software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certification as a CPA or CMA is preferred
• Experience in the same industry is a plus
