Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of the business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, risk management, and compliance, ensuring the company’s financial health and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning & Strategy:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure business growth and stability.
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with company goals.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
  1. Financial Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
  • Conduct financial analysis, risk assessments, and profitability evaluations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, cash flow reports, and balance sheets.
  1. Accounting & Compliance:
  • Oversee accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
  • Ensure timely tax filings, audits, and financial compliance with legal requirements.
  • Work with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
  1. Cost Management & Optimization:
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and financial efficiency.
  • Control expenses, cash flow, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  1. Team Leadership & Coordination:
  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial discipline and operational efficiency.
  • Implement financial software and systems to improve reporting and analysis.
  1. Investment & Risk Management:
  • Assess and manage investment opportunities to maximize returns.
  • Develop financial risk management policies to protect company assets.
  • Monitor and manage banking relationships, loans, and funding sources.
