Job Description
The Finance Manager is responsible for maintaining the financial health of the company by overseeing accounting, treasury, and financial operations. This role ensures compliance with financial regulations, optimizes cash flow, and supports the company’s growth through effective financial planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records, including the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with relevant standards.
- Manage the company’s tax filings, audits, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain the company’s financial stability.
- Optimize banking relationships and manage daily banking operations, including payments, transfers, and reconciliations.
- Develop and implement strategies for managing foreign exchange risk and hedging.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Provide financial guidance on business initiatives, such as product launches, partnerships, and fundraising activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
