Finance Manager (6th October)

We are looking for Finance Manager to join our team based in 6th October. As the Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in directing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes to support our strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for managing financial risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insightful recommendations to enhance the financial performance of the organization. This role requires strong leadership skills and a keen understanding of the financial landscape in the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to upper management.
• Implement financial strategies and improvements to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze financial metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance management.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in financial software applications and advanced Excel skills.
