We are currently seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee all financial activities, providing strategic financial direction and ensuring our financial health and compliance.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing and executing all financial activities of the company, from financial planning to balance sheet preparation. This role requires a hands-on finance leader with a strong background in manufacturing finance, capable of driving financial stability, optimizing costs, and providing valuable insights to support our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes to align with company objectives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Balance Sheet Management: Prepare and maintain accurate balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other key financial documents.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide insights to management and support informed decision-making.
- Cost Management: Identify and implement cost-saving measures to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Cash Flow & Liquidity Management: Monitor cash flow to ensure the company’s financial stability and manage liquidity needs for operations and growth.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and industry standards, proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks.
- Tax Planning: Manage all tax planning and compliance activities, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional development, and data-driven decision-making.
Skills
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, ideally within the manufacturing or food industry.
- Proven expertise in balance sheet management, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial management software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and tax laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity.
