Job Description
Role Summary:
Lead the finance function to drive business growth by providing strategic financial insights, ensuring cost control, and overseeing key areas including factory costing, financial reporting, tax, treasury, and order-to-cash processes. Collaborate with leadership to optimize financial performance and support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and drive business strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with financial partners and stakeholders.
- Oversee cost accounting and manufacturing costs, ensuring profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage internal controls.
- Lead tax compliance, treasury functions, and working capital optimization.
- Supervise invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable to maintain healthy cash flow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in finance, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Knowledge of Egyptian tax laws, IFRS, and financial regulations.
- Experience in manufacturing or cost accounting is a plus.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
