Job Description

Role Summary:


Lead the finance function to drive business growth by providing strategic financial insights, ensuring cost control, and overseeing key areas including factory costing, financial reporting, tax, treasury, and order-to-cash processes. Collaborate with leadership to optimize financial performance and support decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and drive business strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with financial partners and stakeholders.
  • Oversee cost accounting and manufacturing costs, ensuring profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage internal controls.
  • Lead tax compliance, treasury functions, and working capital optimization.
  • Supervise invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable to maintain healthy cash flow.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of Egyptian tax laws, IFRS, and financial regulations.
  • Experience in manufacturing or cost accounting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
