Finance Director (Media & Advertising)

Our client is a leading Digital Marketing Tech Company in Egypt & the UAE, and we are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Finance Director to join our team in Egypt. The Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our operations, ensuring financial stability and driving growth in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Managing financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial decision-making.
• Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.
• Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, providing regular reports to executive management and stakeholders.
• Leading the preparation and presentation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Managing cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation, optimizing working capital management.
• Overseeing the financial due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and sales, to drive financial efficiency and productivity.
• Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making and drive profitability.
• Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Providing financial analysis and insights to guide decision-making and improve business performance.
• Managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and investors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualification is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Director, preferably in the Media & Advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and draw impactful insights.
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business valuation.
• Expertise in financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
