Our client specializes in offering loyalty programs that bring the customers closer to their consumers. Through their different range of solutions, they deliver an end-to-end experience, managing and executing all technical, operational, and commercial aspects of our customers' loyalty programs. From full loyalty programs, couponing solutions to interactive directory services, coupled with an extensive network of merchants.
They are looking to hire a Finance Director who will be responsible for directing the organization's accounting and Finance functions. Specific areas include the development and maintenance of planning and budgeting systems, management of financial resources to ensure healthy cash flow, analysis and interpretation of trends requiring management attention, the preparation of financial and management reports and procedures, and the interpretation of findings and specific recommendations to the management.
Budget Preparation - Establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation and prepare the annual budget in consultation with CEO & COO; Assist Department Heads with the preparation of budgets for funding applications.
Financial Reporting and Analysis - Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash; Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll; includes delivery of timely and accurate financial statements and reports; Reconcile bank and investment accounts.
Tax/Audit/ Legislation Compliance - Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including Withholding Tax, Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax; includes preparation of all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the internal Audit Committee and the external auditors as necessary.
Risk & Asset Management - Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, cared for, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate; Oversee and supervise the administrative function of the organization including property/facility management, provision of furnishings and equipment necessary for effective operations; Monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure that program and organizational risks are minimized; Negotiate with Bank for lines of credit or other financial services as required and appropriate.

• Ensure financial policies and procedures are in place and adhered to, promoting transparency and accountability.
• Lead and manage the finance team, including setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, and creating a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Collaborate with other executives to develop and implement the company's overall business strategy and ensure financial sustainability.
• Create and manage a financial plan and budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum return on investment.

REQUIRED LANGUAGES
• Fluency in English written and spoken as main communication / content creation language
• Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
• MBA or bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant certification a plus.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in accounting and financial management practices.
• Experience in a senior management position.
• Proficiency with accounting software, word processing, and spreadsheets
