Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsi*diaries, is hiring a Finance Director
Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and executive team, providing financial expertise and insight to support decision-making. Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of all financial-related activities, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including capital structure, funding, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. Ensure the company maintains a strong financial position through effective cash flow management, capital allocation, and risk mitigation. Oversee the finance and accounting teams, developing talent and implementing process improvements. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other financial metrics to measure the company's fiscal health and operational efficiency. Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, and provide regular variance analysis and forecasting. Manage relationships with lenders, investors, auditors, and other external financial stakeholders. Ensure the company's accounting practices and financial reporting comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Advise on the financial implications of strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, or major capital investments. Represent the company's financial interests to the Board of Directors and investors.

Technical skills:
Extensive expertise in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making. Proven track record of driving financial results, managing risk, and implementing process improvements. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills. Experience with ERP/ Oracle systems, data analysis tools, and financial modeling. Hands-on experience with accounting software. FMCG Experience is preferable (Food & Beverage).
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CMA or MBA preferred.
