We are looking for a Field Engineer to provide support at multiple customer sites. You will install and maintain computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure, and troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues. The role requires travel, after-hours support, and flexibility to work weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Support remote sites and provide after-hours on-call support.
Install and maintain network infrastructure (cabling, switches, etc.).
Troubleshoot and repair system connections.
Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of equipment.
Set up new PCs, provide system support, and manage incidents.
RequirementsTechnical Skills:
Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
Knowledge of LAN, Voice MACD, and network troubleshooting.
Experience with firewalls, scripting, and virtualization tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
3+ years of experience in technical support and network infrastructure.
