Job Description

SOKNA is now seeking a Field Coordinator with the following responsibilities & requirements.
-Job Responsibilities:
  • Be our frontline representative, based in one of our partner hospitals to interface with families facing loss in a timely manner directly
  • Plan, led, and executed funeral services on the ground daily with the support of a small team
  • Communicate with the Account Executive to receive new service requests, collect instructions, and report timely updates at various steps of the funeral
  • Address customer needs with great attention to detail and laser focus on quality
  • Build relationships with the staff at the hospital among other parties and eloquently communicate our company’s mission and core values
  • Prepare all the tools and documents needed to meet the service requirements
  • Fill forms, complete paperwork, and write concise notes
  • Handle payments and service accounting with relevant stakeholders
-Job Requirements:
  • Fresh Graduates are required.
  • Good - Very Good in English.
