Job Description

SOKNA is now looking for a Field Coordinator with the following responsibilities & requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Be our frontline representative, based in one of our partner hospitals to directly interface with families facing loss in a timely manner
  • Plan, lead and execute funeral services on the ground on a daily basis with the support of a small team
  • Communicate with the Account Executive to receive new service requests, collect instructions and report timely updates at various steps of the funeral
  • Address customer needs with great attention to details and laser-focus on quality
  • Build relationships with the staff at the hospital among other parties and eloquently communicate our company’s mission and core values
  • Prepare all the tools and documents needed to meet the service requirements
  • Fill forms, complete paperwork and write concise notes
  • Handle payments and service accounting with relevant stakeholders
Job Requirements:
  • Fresh Graduates are required.
  • Good - Very Good in English.
