SOKNA is now looking for a
Field Coordinator with the following responsibilities & requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be our frontline representative, based in one of our partner hospitals to directly interface with families facing loss in a timely manner
- Plan, lead and execute funeral services on the ground on a daily basis with the support of a small team
- Communicate with the Account Executive to receive new service requests, collect instructions and report timely updates at various steps of the funeral
- Address customer needs with great attention to details and laser-focus on quality
- Build relationships with the staff at the hospital among other parties and eloquently communicate our company’s mission and core values
- Prepare all the tools and documents needed to meet the service requirements
- Fill forms, complete paperwork and write concise notes
- Handle payments and service accounting with relevant stakeholders
Job Requirements:- Fresh Graduates are required.
- Good - Very Good in English.
